The Egyptian Red Crescent also reinforced its efforts to provide the people of Gaza with basic necessities such as clothing and tents to shelter those affected.

The Egyptian Red Crescent has maintained a presence at the border since the beginning of the crisis, as the Rafah crossing has never been closed from the Egyptian side.

It has continued its preparedness at all logistical centers and its ongoing efforts to deliver humanitarian and relief aid, which has exceeded one million tons, thanks to the efforts of more than 65,000 volunteers within the organization.
