CAIRO – 12 May 2026: Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty held meetings with a number of foreign ministers participating in the Africa–France Summit, currently taking place in Nairobi.

 

Abdelatty exchanged views with Musalia Mudavadi, Prime Cabinet Secretary of Kenya and Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs Musalia Mudavadi and France’s Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Jean-Noël Barrot, on a number of regional and African issues of mutual interest.

 

The meetings tackled ways of supporting peace, security and stability across the African continent, enhancing economic integration, and coordinating positions on various issues on the African and international agendas.
