President Sisi highlighted the state's significant efforts in basic and university education, noting the development of a parallel educational program at the Military Academy designed alongside specialists in sociology and psychology. He affirmed that human development must be built on sound foundations to produce well-rounded individuals capable of navigating modern challenges. He also reiterated that student selection remains strictly based on merit and competence, with no room for favoritism.
The President noted that the Academy’s programs aim to build upon lessons learned from Egypt’s experiences since 2011, fostering a new generation with the vision and awareness necessary to safeguard the nation’s resources.
Addressing the regional crisis, the President affirmed Egypt’s commitment to preventing military escalation, noting that "wars bring nothing but ruin and destruction." He characterized war as a reflection of "miscalculations" and noted that Egypt has maintained "beautiful patience" in the face of various challenges and conspiracies in recent years.
President Sisi urged the Egyptian people to continue acting with responsibility and scientific understanding. Addressing price hikes caused by the global crisis, the President confirmed he had directed a study into the possibility of referring those manipulating prices to military courts. He emphasized that the state is in a "near-emergency" condition and the needs of the people must not be exploited.
