President Sisi thanks Spain’s king, Queen for hospitality, says looking to receive them in Egypt

CAIRO – 20 February 2025: Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi thanked on Thursday King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain for ‘the warm welcome and generous hospitality’ he received during the visit.

In his social media accounts, President Sisi thanked as well Prime Minister of Spain Pedro Sanchez, for ‘the fruitful meetings and discussions that reflected the strength of the strategic relations between the two friendly countries.’

 

“I hope that the visit will push bilateral relations to broader horizons in various fields, and I look forward to receiving Spain’s King, Queen and the Prime Minister in Egypt,” Sisi wrote.
