CAIRO - 13 February 2025: Since the ceasefire was declared on January 19, 2025, and until February 10, 2025, the Gaza Strip has witnessed numerous Israeli violations.
Violations of Military acts:
The most prominent of these military violations include: A.Daily incursions by military vehicles outside the Philadelphia axis, particularly in the areas of Al-Awda Roundabout, Tel Za’rab, Al-Salam neighborhood, Tel Al-Sultan, and Al-Saudi neighborhood. Additionally, four houses in the Al-Brahma neighborhood, outside the buffer zone, were demolished.
B. On January 22-24, 2025, vehicles advanced from the "Natsarim" axis towards the southern Gaza Strip, where they randomly fired at citizens.
C. Daily reconnaissance flights during the designated ban periods, with 105 violations recorded involving various aircrafts, including Hermez 450, Hermez 900, Super Heron, and quadcopters.
D. Fishermen were prevented from going out to sea, and were shot at.
E. The withdrawal from Salah El-Din Street was delayed until the 22nd day, with the claim that the withdrawal of vehicles had not been completed.
1. As of February 11, 2025, the total number of Israeli military violations included: A. Some 36 instances of opening fire on citizens outside the buffer zones, resulting in 22 fatalities and 59 injuries.
B. Some 105 violations involving aircraft flying in breach of the ceasefire agreement.
C. Five fishermen and drivers were detained.
D. Some 29 cases of vehicle incursions.
Detainees:
1. Key violations concerning detainees included: A. Delaying the release of Palestinian prisoners in the third batch until 5PM, instead of the agreed 1PM.
B. Detainees were subjected to physical abuse during their release from Israeli prisons.
C. Some detainee names were changed without prior coordination.
D. Families of deported individuals were prevented from leaving the West Bank to visit their relatives.
Relief:
1. Notable violations in the field of relief included: A. Restrictions on the entry of heavy equipment to remove rubble, with only four pieces allowed to enter.
B. Preventing the entry of any caravans.
C. Blocking the entry of building materials needed to restore hospitals and civil defense centers.
D. Preventing the entry of civil defense equipment, cash, and fuel for commercial purposes.
Political:
1. Israeli political statements continued to call for the displacement of Gaza’s citizens, suggesting that Israel does not intend to fully implement the ceasefire agreement and is actively working to enforce US President Trump's displacement plan.
2. The start of the second phase of negotiations was delayed, and the conditions leaked by Israel were deemed impossible to accept.
