CAIRO – 7 March 2024: A total of 133 trucks carrying humanitarian aid entered the Gaza Strip from the Egyptian side through the Rafah border crossing on Thursday. This aid is intended for the more than 2 million Palestinians, who have been under complete Israeli blockade since October 7, 2023.

Meanwhile, according to the daily briefing from the Border Crossing Administration, 44 injured individuals and several travelers crossed from Gaza to Egypt.

Earlier, the crossing witnessed the entry of 130 aid trucks from the Egyptian side into the Gaza Strip.

Since October 12, more than 650 jets carrying a total of 17,000 aid tons landed in Arish International Airport.

The northern part of the besieged strip is being systematically starved by Israeli forces amid ongoing shelling and sniping of Palestinians. So far, 16 children and an elderly man have been starved to death due to the absence of baby formula and malnutrition.

Israel has killed 30,800 Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and injured 72,298 others since October 7, 2023.
