CAIRO – 18 October 2023: The Coordination Committee of Party's Youth Leaders and Politicians (CPYP) organized a protest to support Egypt’s strong stance rejecting the displacement of Palestinians.

CPYP protest comes in solidarity with the Palestinian people, and to denounce the crimes and violations committed by the Israeli forces against civilians, women and children.

CPYP Members affirmed their full support for Egypt’s solid stance taken by President Abdel Fattah al Sisi in declaring his decisive rejection of plans to liquidate the Palestinian cause by displacing Palestinians to the Sinai.

A number of protests have been organized Wednesday by citizens to show solidarity with Palestine's Gaza residents who have been sustaining Israeli shelling for 12 days in a row and to back the political leadership's stance against the displacement of Palestinians into Egypt's Sinai Peninsula.

Pro-Palestine demonstrations erupted at Al Nasr Square in Kafr El-Sheikh governorate. There were also others in solidarity with Gaza in Egypt’s Matrouh governorate in front of the building of the municipal authority as well as at Al Mahata Square in Asyut.
