National Dialogue’s inaugural session kicks off Wednesday

Cairo - 3 May 2023: The opening session of the National Dialogue kicked off on Wednesday with a broad-based and effective participation by representatives of all syndicates, political forces and NGOs.

The country’s youth will be the main driver of the National Dialogue, while over 100 topics are set to be discussed during its various sessions.

The opening session is set to be open to all Egyptian, Arab and foreign media outlets, while several sessions will be broadcast live.

At the end of each day of the National Dialogue, a statement will be released about what happened in its sessions.

The dialogue, called by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, is set to include all segments of the society and will be attended by a large number of the country’s leading public figures and intellectuals.
