CAIRO – 10 March 2022: Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi issued Resolution No. 62 of 2022 allocating two areas of state-owned land as private property for use in establishing logistic areas and commercial chains.

 

President El-Sisi also issued Decree No. 63 of 2033 allocating a plot of a state-owned land with an area of ​​approximately 11.9 acres, returning 4999.8 square meters of Abu Al-Rish Al-Qibli sub-district, Aswan Governorate, to be used in the establishment of a sewage treatment plant

 

He further issued Resolution No. 64 of 64 of 2022 allocating an area of ​​approximately 4,933.22 acres, equivalent to 20723645 square meters in Matrouh Governorate, from the lands allocated to the General Authority for Tourism Development as per the Presidential Decree No. 612 of 2013

 

President Sisi issued Resolution No. 65 of 2022 allocating an area of ​​approximately 6039.34 acres, equivalent to 2537,293 square meters of state-owned land, to be privately owned in Ras Sidr district, South Sinai Governorate, transferring from land owned by the armed forces.
