Lebanon arrests national for links to Daesh

BEIRUT - 11 July 2017: Lebanese General Security arrested a Lebanese, identified with the initials (S.M.F) for links to a terrorist organization.

After interrogation, the detained person admitted having received religious lessons outside Lebanon by a cleric affiliated to the Daesh Organization, said the General Security Directorate General in a statement on Tuesday.

After the conclusion of investigations, the detained Lebanese was referred to court.
