CAIRO - 9 January 2022: Crown Prince of Jordan Hussein bin Abdullah II will participate in the fourth edition of Egypt’s World Youth Forum (WYF) due to kick off on Monday in Sharm El Sheikh city, said Jordanian Ambassador to the Arab League and to Egypt Amjad Odeh Adaileh on Sunday.

The Crown Prince’s participation is the third time since the first launch of the forum in Egypt, under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, said Adaileh in comments to the media, noting that a number of Jordanian you will participate in the forum that would last for four days.

Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II would be accompanied by an official delegation during his visit to Egypt, the ambassador said.

Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi will visit Egypt, on Monday, to participate in the activities of the forum, an Iraqi official told Al Sharq Bloomberg on Saturday.
     
The Iraqi Prime Minister’s visit would last two days, during which he would participate in activities that would tackle climate change, technological developments, and the post-coronavirus period, the official added.

Egypt’s 4th edition of the World Youth Forum (WYF) held on Saturday two preparatory workshops ahead of the opening session scheduled for Monday.

The first workshop discussed the side water policies. During the session, the German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ) praised Egypt’s successful experience on solving the water crisis.

The workshop shed light on Egypt’s great efforts to solve the water crisis through the canal lining and the use of modern methods of irrigation.

GIZ underscored the need to handle water-linked issues and find solutions for water crises all over the world.
