CAIRO – 24 May 2021: Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi met Saudi Royal Court Advisor and Saudi General Entertainment Authority (GEA) Chairman Turki Al-Shiekh on Monday in Cairo, affirming the strength of relations between Cairo and Riyadh, said the Egyptian presidency in a statement.
 
 
During the meeting, which attended by the Egyptian Director of General Intelligence, advisor Turki Al Al Shikh conveyed to the President the greetings and the appreciation of Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
 
 
“The President affirmed the depth and strength of the long-standing historical relations between the two countries and the two brotherly people, stressing that the partnership between them is strategic and constructive at all levels and in various fields,” the statement said.

“The cooperation of government agencies or the private sector in the two countries is witnessing a continuous development. With that, it has achieved positive and fruitful results at the level of development, economy, investment, and entertainment,” the statement added.
 
 
The Saudi advisor emphasized that the Egyptian and Saudi leadership and governments are always striving to enhance communication, consultation, coordination, and cooperation. 
 
“With that, the bonds of sincere brotherhood between the two brotherly countries and people are strengthened. In addition to overcoming all challenges, and removing obstacles that could hinder joint actions, in government and private sectors, aspiring to broad prospects of achievement and acceleration to reach their common goals.” the statement said.
