Egypt's Suez Canal Authority resumes tugging efforts to refloat EVER GIVEN vessel

The Suez Canal Authority (SCA) will start the second attempt of refloating the aground vessel, EVER GIVEN, at 2:00 pm (Cairo time) in coincides with a press conference that would be held by head of the SCA Lieutenant General Osama Rabei to comment on the latest efforts that are being exerted to refloat the ship.
