Egypt’s PM urges citizens to stay away from lamp posts amid heavy rain

Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli urged pedestrians, especially children, to stay away from lamp posts to avoid electric shock, as the Egyptian capital and governorates have been hit by torrential rain especially since Thursday morning.
