New investments in March 2018 jumped 337 percent year-on-year to stand at LE 8.3 billion, the Investment Ministry said in a monthly bulletin on Sunday.
Finance Minister Amr el-Garhy said that the government is committed to the reform process to achieve high growth rates and sustainable development.
The Parliament’s Economic Committee is expected to finalize voting on articles of the new investment law on Sunday.
