Makram congratulates 1st Egyptian serving as dean of Munich’s media faculty

Minister of Immigration and Egyptian Expatriate Affairs, Nabila Makram, congratulated Mohamed al-Sayed Badr, an Egyptian youth, for taking post as the dean of a Munich’s mass communication faculty.
