Egypt has always been in support of Libya for centuries, even during natural disasters and drought seasons, LNA Spox Mesmari said.
The Libyan Air Force on Tuesday launched three raids targeting Tripoli militias in Ain Zara in the south of the capital, Sky News reported.
In statements to Al Arabiya TV channel on Wednesday, Mesmari said the Turkish support to militias in Tripoli has turned from being secret to public.
An armed militia backing Tripoli government breached the brokered Eid al Adha truce on Sunday, reported Libyan National Army (LNA).
Mesmari condemned the militias' shelling of civilians in various districts of Tripoli, pledging to hold those responsible accountable for such assaults.
Libyan army spokesman Ahmed al-Mesmari asserted on Thursday that the situation at the Libyan borders with Egypt is "under full control"
