The funds for the basic investment plan were distributed on the basic development axes by LE 55.5 million for electricity, and LE 87.2 million for roads.
The board also decided to double the monthly benefit to families sponsored by the house, worth LE 86 million to reach LE 192 million covering 98 thousand families.
The Egyptian Endowments added that this will be done through coordination with the Council of Ministers.
Allocations for health and education sectors did not see a reduction in the new budget for fiscal year 2018/19, Head of the State Budget Sector said.
