Youth and Sports Minister Khaled Abdel Aziz, football player Tamer Bagato and representative of Cairo Governorate expressed their support for the Egyptian delegation in a press conference on Tuesday.
The Egyptian delegation comprises of 78 male athletes, 37 female athletes and 40 coaches, who will be competing across 16 sports, including athletics, swimming, cycling, table tennis, basketball.
Ahead of the annual regional Special Olympics Games, it is about time to revamp too many underestimations of these very special athletes and to get to KNOW them.
