Sultan Qaboos Bin Said
Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli, along with a ministerial delegation, arrived on Sunday in Muscat, Oman’s capital, to offer condolences over the death of Sultan Qaboos, who has ruled the Arab country since 1970.
The first visit of President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi to Oman that was scheduled to make on Sunday is postponed because of the attack that hit a mosque in Al-Arish.
