Maneuvers
Chief of Staff Mohamed Farid inspected the “Arab Shield 1” maneuvers at Mohamed Naguib military base in Matrouh, west of Egypt.
The five countries participating in the maneuvers that are set to last until November 16 include Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Jordan and Kuwait.
Egyptian Armed Forces' plan for the annual training includes two major trainings at nearly concurrent timings.
