Meteor shower
The annual Orionid meteor shower peaked at midnight and during the hours before sunrise on Monday, October 21.
Egypt's skies will witness the peak of the Delta Aquarids meteor shower next Thursday, with the number of meteors reaching about 20 meteors per hour in dark places, and it can be seen with the naked eye provided the sky is dark and free of clouds.
Head of the Astronomy Department at the National Research Institute of Astronomy and Geophysics said that a meteor shower will begin mid night and till Sunday.
An Event will take place by spaceway on August 10 for 4 days to watch the Meteor shower in Wadi el-Gemal, South Red Sea.
