Sakan Misr
The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Areas clarified on Saturday the status of constructions in “Sakan Misr” and social housing projects in Badr City.
Five days after issuing the terms of reference on August 15, more than 23,000 terms of reference were sold.
The new unsubsidized houses are in six cities, namely New Cairo, 6th of October City, Obour City, Badr City, New Damietta City and New Minya.

New Cairo topped the list, offering 18,000 units in the project, followed by 6th of October City with 15,000 units.
