A security source has denied reports circulated regarding the mistreatment of Sudanese refugees in Egypt by security authorities.
Stability must return to the countries whose shores are used for illegal migration, not just to protect Europe, but to protect the migrants who are “thrown into the sea,” President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi said in a Wednesday press conference with the Hungarian Prime Minister.
The Visegrád Group (V4) leaders have shown immense support for Egypt, adopting all of President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi’s proposals and vowing to persuade the European Union to do the same.
President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi called on the Visegrád Group (V4) and other European countries on Tuesday to localize some of their industries in Egypt and to twin their universities with Egyptian ones to assist in the advancement of the country and other developing nations.
Sisi discussed with leaders of the Visegrád Group Egypt’s role in the Middle East, cooperation in fighting terrorism and illegal immigration.
