In his meeting with UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi said that relocating Palestinian civilians from Gaza to Sinai is extremely dangerous and may end the Palestinian cause, “and we are keen for it not to happen.”
Secretary-General of the United Nations António Guterres said that Palestinians should not be punished twice with war and withholding aid. This came in a press conference held at the Egyptian side of the Rafah border crossing on Friday.
