Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has praised the comprehensive approach that Egypt has followed in its war against terrorism by addressing the roots of the problem through economic and social development and the fight against extremist thought that leads to terrorism.
Egypt and Azerbaijan signed on Saturday a number of MoUs between the relevant government sectors of the two countries in the fields of culture and water resources in the presence of the two countries’ leaders.
In a meeting in the Azerbaijani capital of Baku on Saturday, Sisi and Aliyev also witnessed the signing of a number of MoUs between the relevant government sectors of the two countries in the fields of culture and water resources, the Egyptian Presidency said in a statement.
Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met on Saturday with his Azerbaijani counterpart, Ilham Aliyev, in the presidential palace of Baku, the Egyptian Presidential Spokesman, Bassam Radi, said in a statement.
