Egyptian Ports
Stuck goods worth $1.5 billion were released from Egyptian ports from 1 to 10 January, upping the total value of released goods since the start of December to $8.5 billion, the Cabinet said in a statement on Wednesday.
Egypt’s Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli has visited Alexandria on Saturday to follow up on measures of releasing goods stuck at ports as per presidential directives.
Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli underlined the importance of the projects carried out at the Egyptian ports to back the state's plans to up the exports movement and benefit from Egypt's location as a strategic center for the international trade movement.
