Sudanese Irrigation Minister
Egyptian Minister of Irrigation and Water Resources Hani Sweilam discussed on Saturday enhancing cooperation in water resources fields with his Sudanese counterpart Daw Al-Bait Abdul Rahman.
Sudanese Irrigation Minster Yasser Abbas said Sudan will not resume the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) negotiations with the same previous methodology.
Sudan’s Irrigation Minister Yasser Abbas said the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) issue has become a threat to the regional security and peace, expecting the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) to take into consideration Sudan’s demands in this regard.
