EgyptAir hosts meetings of AFRAA cargo committee

CAIRO, Oct 8 (MENA) - EgyptAir Cargo on Tuesday hosted meetings of the cargo committee of the African Airlines Association (AFRAA).

EgyptAir Cargo plays a pivotal role in the exchange of information among flag carriers of AFRAA member states, said board chairman Bassem Gohar in a statement.

He made it clear that his company effectively contributes to implementing a comprehensive strategic plan meant to enhance cooperation between African air cargo firms.

Established in 1968, AFRAA aims to promote and serve African airlines, and to champion Africa’s aviation industry. It groups 37 members and EgyptAir was among its founding states.
