CAIRO-5 February 2021: Bayern Munich midfielder Joshua Kimmich believes that his team will fight to win the FIFA Club World Cup and complete the last season's sextuple.
"We want to win our sixth title in one year. For me and also for my team-mates it would be outstanding, so we're totally motivated to win this big title." Kimmich said.
Last season, Bayern Munich won the UEFA Champions League, the German League, the German Cup, the German Super Cup and the European Super Cup.
The midfielder added "Of course it was an outstanding year. There were a lot of positive moments, but for me the best moment was winning the Champions League, defeating Paris and knowing that we are the champions now."
The German giants look forward to lifting the Club World Cup trophy and become the second team in history to win the iconic sextuple.
The Bavarian giants will face Al Ahly on Monday in the FIFA Club World Cup semis.
The Egyptian champions secured a spot in the semi-finals after defeating Al Duhail SC on Monday night.
