CAIRO-14 October 2020: Confederation of African Football (CAF) decided to play the second leg of the CAF Champions League semi-finals at Cairo stadium.

The matches were initially scheduled to be played at Borg El Arab stadium but CAF decided to play the two games in Cairo, upon the request of Al Ahly and Zamalek.

Cairo giants Al Ahly and Zamalek arrived in Casablanca on Tuesday night to prepare for the semi-finals first leg against the city giants, Wydad Casablanca and Raja Casablanca respectively.

Al Ahly will face Wydad on Saturday night before playing the second leg in Cairo on 23 October.

On the other hand, Zamalek will face Raja on Sunday night before playing the second leg in Cairo on 24 October.

Al Ahly has won a record 8 CAF Champions League titles but they failed to win the title since 2013.

Zamalek fans aim to win the CAF Champions League title for the sixth time in the club's history and the first time since 2002.
