CAIRO-8 October 2020: Zamalek will face Raja Casablanca in the CAF Champions League semi-finals second leg at Cairo stadium, according to a club official.
The first leg is set to be played on 18 October in Casablanca while Cairo stadium will host the second leg a week later.
"We sent a letter to CAF to inform them that we picked Cairo stadium as the venue for our game against Raja." The club official said.
Zamalek fans aim to win the CAF Champions League title for the sixth time in the club's history and the first time since 2002.
In 2002 final, Zamalek won the title after defeating Raja Casablanca 1-0 in Cairo as the first leg in Morocco ended in a goalless draw.
The winner between Zamalek and Raja will face the winner between Al Ahly and Wydad Casablanca in the competition's final, scheduled on 6 November.
