Mosimane's winning start continues

CAIRO-8 October 2020: Al Ahly South African manager Pitso Mosimane led his team to defeat Enppi 3_0 on Wednesday night in the Egyptian league and achieved the second victory in his second game as Al Ahly manager.

 

"We played very well tonight and we had several scoring chances during the whole game. Also, our overall performance is improving especially in the defense as a result of the players' hard work in the training." Mosimane said after the game.

 

Marwan Mohsen received an amazing pass from Ayman Ashraf that allowed the striker to open the score for the Red Devils

 

Mohsen doubled the score 14 minutes later thanks to his wonderful finish to Ahmed Fathy's pass.

 

Junior Ajay added the third goal for Al Ahly 10 minutes before the final whistle after following Mohamed Magdy Afsha's shot that was blocked by Enppi goalkeeper.

 

Mosimane added "I will do my best to win a lot of titles with the team and make the fans happy."

 

Al Ahly coaching staff focuses on the CAF Champions League semi-final game against Wydad Casablanca, scheduled on 17 October, after securing the domestic league title.
