Walid Soliman, Fathy should start: Abo El Dahab

CAIRO -22 August 2020: Former Al Ahly defender Mahmoud Abo El Dahab, stated on Friday that playing the team veterans Walid Soliman and Ahmed Fathy from the start, will have a positive impact on the team. 

 

"Weiler should play Soliman and Fathy from the start. These type of players can help the team win the big games." Abo El Dahab said.

 

Al Ahly lead the Egyptian league table with 56 points after 20 games and they are enjoying an unbeaten run in the league this season. 

 

The former defender added "Al Ahly are close to clinch the league title and they are the favourites to win the derby." 

 

Al Ahly's victory in the derby means that the team is taking a massive step towards their 42th league title.
