CAIRO-21 August 2020: Huddersfield Town head coach Carlos Corberan confirmed that the club are in transfer negotiations over the exit of the team's Egyptian winger Ramadan Sobhy.
Sobhy is not the only player who is ready to leave the club as the team defender Florent Hadergjonaj is negotiating over a move away from the club.
"I am now just focusing on the players that we have here in the squad. The other players, Flo and Ramadan, are players that I think are very close to leaving the club." Corberan said on Friday.
The Egyptian winger left Huddersfield Town to join Al Ahly in 2018 on s loan for six months for a fee of £800,000 before extending his loan for the 2019–20 season.
The winger wore the Red Devils' jersey in 124 games. He scored 23 goals and set up 21 goals.
Sobhy rejected an offer from his childhood club Al Ahly and announced his desire to join the Red Devils' league rivals, Pyramids.
Reports claimed that Sobhy will sign a three-year contract with Pyramids and will receive EGP80 million in the next three years.
