Al Ahly want to sign Arab Contractors striker

CAIRO_ 18 June 2020: Al Ahly's transfer director Amir Tawfik announced on Wednesday that the club contacted Arab Contractors to sign their striker, Taher Mohamed Taher.

"Arab Contractors chairman Mohsen Salah visited Al Ahly on Wednesday and met with the club President Mahmoud Elkhatib." Tawfik said.

Elkhatib and Salah discussed the cooperation between the two clubs in different aspects including the transfers between the two clubs.

Tawfik added "Elkhatib informed Arab Contractors chairman about Al Ahly's desire to sign the team striker Taher Mohamed Taher in the upcoming transfer market."

Taher is one of the best promising talents in the Egyptian football and he is one of the key players at the Egyptian Olympic team.

Taher missed 2019 U-23 AFCON tournament in Egypt due to injury but he is expected to be at the team squad for the Olympic Games in Tokyo next summer.
