Luke Shaw, Manchester United’s player, talked about his experience of training alongside elite forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
The 24-year-old left back [Shaw] spoke about his memories with the Swedish striker [Ibrahimovic] during the Combat Corona FIFA Twitch tournament.
"I think he was a born winner. Even in little training games, if he didn’t win and you were on his team he would absolutely kill you,” Shaw recalled, as reported from Goal.
Sweden's 38-year-old former International striker scored 29 goals during his time at United guiding his former team in winning the Europa League and the League Cup.
The England international [Shaw] also spoke about Ibrahimovic’s impact on the team inside the dressing room during his time at United.
“I think inside the dressing room he was great. He had a lot of jokes but I think when it got serious, and when he had to sort of put his foot down, you knew about it,” Shaw added, according to Goal.
Overall, Ibrahimovic scored 460 goals in a total of 751 games which he played with several clubs like: Malmo FF, Ajax Amsterdam, AC Milan, Inter Milan, Juventus FC, FC Barcelona, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain and Los Angeles Galaxy.
