Al Ahly to borrow Nigerian Aruna for table tennis championship

CAIRO - 17 June 2017: Al Ahly men’s table tennis team will use Nigerian player Quadri Aruna on loan to participate in the African Club Championship that will be held in Morocco from June 28 through July 1.

Al Ahly will participate in the African Championship in the men's and women's competitions. The draw will be held on June 27, Superkora reported Friday.

Al Ahly women's team announced that they will use Romanian Daniela Dodean to play in the African Championship, also on loan.

Al Ahly is the title holder in the men's and women's competition from the last tournament and the strongest candidate to win this tournament. The team is also the champion of the Premier League for the tenth season in a row.
