Al Hilal defeat Esperance Sportive 1-0 in FIFA Club World Cup

Five confrontations gathered the Arabs of Africa against the Arabs of Asia, where the latter prevailed with 5 wins. The luck smiles for Asian arabs in the World Cup clubs.

Al Hilal of Saudi Arabia defeated Tunisia's Esperance 1-0 in the second round of the FIFA Club World Cup in Qatar, to pass to the semi-finals.

The Asian champion outperformed the African champion to establish the knot of the yellow continent's superiority over the black in the World Cup meetings without any victory.

The meeting witnessed domination most of its time by Al-Hilal, while Esperance limited itself to retreating and relying on counter-attacks.

And the brilliant French Pavitembe Gomes led the Saudi leader to victory in the 73rd minute.

The AFC Champions League top scorer received the ball from outside the penalty area before passing the Esperance defender in a spectacular way, and then he hit the ball amazingly to the right of goalkeeper Moez Bin Sharifiya.
