Real Madrid on the right track: Benzema

Real Madrid's top scorer Karim Benzema praised his team's performance in the 2-2 draw at Paris St. Germain on Tuesday in the Champions League.

Real missed the lead with Benzema's goals, to receive a late draw from their French guests.

"It was a special night against a very strong opponent," Benzema said after the match.

"I think the team did everything they could, despite receiving two goals before the end of the game."

"It was a great game and we are on the right track."

Real Madrid increased their score to 8 points, while Paris Saint-Germain increased their score to 13 points, officially securing the top of the group before a round on the end
