CAF officials praise Egyptian government for the wonderful U-23 AFCON opening ceremony

CAIRO_ 8 November 2019: CAF officials praises the Egyptian government for organising a wonderful opening ceremony that amazed all the attendees.

The governing body of the African football thanked Presentation company because of the amazing organization to the opening ceremony which showed the beautiful image of the continent.

In the presence of CAF President Ahmad Ahmad, the opening ceremony, organized by Presentation, started one hour prior to the opening match and it was just amazing.

Famed Egyptian band Sharmoofers and Nesma Mahgoub rock out while the fire works spread joy and happiness between fans at the stadium.

After this facinating opening ceremony Egypt affirmed its position as a regional hub when it comes to organizing the biggest tournaments.

Africa U-23 Cup of Nations kicked off on Friday, November 8 at Cairo Stadium. Egypt secured first victory at the tournament with a 1_0 win over Mali.

Egypt plays in Group A alongside Mali, Ghana and Cameroon while the second group comprises of Zambia, South Africa, Nigeria and Ivory coast.

The top three teams will represent the continent at 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympic Games.
