Egyptian international Mohamed Elneny took part in Besiktas, his team's 2-1 victory over Antalya Sport in the 10th round of the Turkish league.
Besiktas raised their points to 15 in the eighth place in the Turkish league table.
Besiktas took the lead in the 9th minute with a goal from Croatian defender Vida, and Abdullah Diaby added the second in the 11th minute.
Paul Mukario scored Antalya's only goal in the 52nd minute.
Mohammed Elneny played the entire game, his fourth appearance in the Turkish league this season.
The Egyptian midfielder signed his new contract with the Turkish club to join them on a one season loan from Arsenal.
European giants, Girondins de Bordeaux and Galatasaray showed interest in signing the Egyptian midfielder but at the end Elneny decided to make Besiktas his new destination.
Elneny was a key player under Arsenal’s former manager, Arsene Wenger, who signed him from Basel FC in Switzerland in 2016.
Elneny failed to establish himself as a key player at the club since the arrival of Unai Emery who succeeded Wenger at the manager’s position.
Mohamed Elneny is expected to join Egypt's camp against Kenya and the Comoros in the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers after being chosen by coach Hossam Badri.
