Trezeguet hails Salah ahead of Villa clash against Liverpool

CAIRO – 1 November 2019: Aston Villa Egyptian winger, Mahmoud Hassan known as Trezeguet, revealed on Friday that he always talks to Liverpool Egyptian winger, Mohamed Salah, saying that he advised him to join the Premier League.

“He always used to talk to me, and he would tell me that I should come here. We always talk together, when I was about to come to England I had other offers that were more significant, not in terms of the league, but more attractive financially,” Trezeguet said during an interview with Aston Villa official website.

Trezeguet received many offers during the summer after his amazing performance at the Turkish League but he decided to join Premier League side, Aston Villa, last summer and since then he established himself as one of the key players at the team.

Trezeguet added “Aston Villa is a big team in the world, Middle East and everywhere else. It is my big dream to play in the Premier League with Aston Villa,”

Aston Villa host Premier League leaders, Liverpool, on Saturday at the Premier League.
