I am proud of all Al Ahly's champions: Al-Khatib

CAIRO, 17 September 2019:Mahmoud Al-Khatib, Chairman of Al-Ahly, expressed the pride of his club for all the players who have achieved achievements and tournaments recently, whether at the level of clubs or different Egyptian teams.

Al-Khatib said during the ceremony held at Al-Ahly branch in Nasr City on Monday: "We are very pleased with the successes achieved by Ahly sons at all levels to raise the name of our club and the name of Egypt."

"What motivated us is to perpetuate the history of our players in winning different tournaments." He added.

He continued, "Proud of all heroes and those who worked hard and achieved tournaments that pleased everyone, these successes make them proud of themselves and what they have achieved because history will write that."

Al-Khatib concluded his speech calling on the players to continue their work and diligence for the continuous rise on the coronation platforms.

During the ceremony, the board of directors of Al Ahlywas keen to support the football player MomenZakaria after a video showing the player's goals.

Al-Khatib and Al Ahly board of directors were keen to stand and send a special greeting to Mo'men, who travels to Germany on September 20 to start his treatment program.
