CAIRO 8 September 2019: Egyptian champion Ali Farag, the world number one squash player, has qualified for the final round of the JP Morgan China Open in Shanghai from September 4 to 8.

Ali Farag beat Indian rival Sourav Guzal in the semi-finals of the championship with three clean rounds in a 34-minute match. Ali Farag will face compatriot Mohamed El Shorbagi in the final.

On the other hand, Nour El-Tayeb, the world number five women's squash player Heliopolis, qualified for the final of the JP Morgan China Open in China from Sept. 4 to 8.

Al-Tayeb beat Egyptian compatriot Nouran Gohar in the semi-finals of Wadi Degla with three clean runs in a 28-minute match.

Nour El-Tayeb will face compatriot Raneem El-Waili of the world number one Wadi Degla in the final.

The China Open is the first tournament in the new season 2019/2020, with a prize money of $ 112,000 for men and for women.
