ON Sport broadcasts CAF Champions league preliminary rounds

CAIRO, 7 August 2019: "ON SPORT" channel obtained the rights to broadcast CAF Champions League matches between Al Ahly and Zamalek.

Al Ahly will meet Atlabara from South Sudan, while Zamalek will face Somali club, Dekadaha. The two matches are scheduled to be held on Sunday, August 11 at the stadiums of Borg El Arab and Petrosport respectively, as part of the preliminary round matches of the African Champions League.

The match between Al-Ahly and Atlabara will be held at 7 pm, while the match between Zamalek and Dekadaha Somali will be held at 10 pm.

It is noteworthy that the officials of the African Football Federation give each club the right to market its matches in the preliminary rounds but after then, starting from the 16th round; CAF will market the tournament.

Al Ahly were eliminated from the quarter-finals in the last Champions League after losing 1-5 on aggregate against Sundowns while Zamalek achieved the Confederation cUP title after winning the final match against the Moroccan Nahdet Berkane.
