Swiss League clubs eye Maaloul, Ajayi

CAIRO – 11 June, 2017: Swiss League sides are apparently setting an eye on Al-Ahly SC two strikers Ali Maaloul and Junior Ajayi to count on their services in the next season.

Thomas Becker, a Swiss marketing agency chairman was spotted in the stands watching Al-Ahly SC Premier League’s matchup against Misr el-Makasa to observe the two players’ performance on the pitch.

Maaloul joined Al-Ahly from Tunisian CS Sfaxien in 2016. The 27 year-old finished the 2015/16 season as the top scorer for the Tunisian League with 16 goals.

The 21- year-old Ajayi put out an imprsessive performance with the red devils throughout the past season. Ajayi scored his side’s second goal against Cameroon Coton Sports, in the CAF Champions’ League group-stage second showdown last week which ended 2-0 in favor of Al-Ahly.
