Egypt to participate in Deaflympic Games in Turkey next month

CAIRO – 9 June 2017: The Egyptian national team will participate in the 23rd Olympic Games for the deaf, which will take place in Turkey in the period from July 17-30.

Deaflympics is held the following year of the Paralympics with 5000 at both genders deaf players from 80 countries in 21 game, Egypt Participates only in football with another 15 teams, the national team qualified for the Deaflympics after coming in the 5th place at the world championship which took place in Italy in 2016.

Egypt will face in its first game the Venezuelan national team on July 19 at Bafra Football Stadium, and then the team will play against Turkey the host country on July 21 and the fellow Arabic national team of KSA will be the last opponent to the Egyptian team and the match will be played on July 23.
