CAIRO - 21 April 2019: Keno's stunning goal was enough to give Pyramids FC the valuable three points in their clash against Al Ahly on Thursday night at Petro Sport stadium.
Al Ahly hosted Pyramids FC in a postponed game from the 25th round of the Egyptian League in the presence of 5,000 fans.
Pyramids FC's valuable goal came through Brazilian talent, Keno, who put the ball amazingly in Mohamed el Shenawy's net.
This is the second victory for Turki Al Sheikh's club over Al Ahly. Through this victory, Pyramids jumped to the second place, with two more games to play and 60 points. Meanwhile, Al Ahly became third with only 58 points. The Reds are two points away from the top place, which is occupied by Zamalek.
Al Ahly dominated most of the game and wasted five dangerous chances. They failed to penetrate Pyramids' strong defense.
Pyramids FC is set to face Zamalek in another crucial encounter on Tuesday while Al Ahly will face Al Masry on Thursday.
