Zamalek denies 'Kahraba crisis' rumors

CAIRO - 28 March 2019: Zamalek denied on its official website that first team player Mahmoud Abdel Moneim Kahraba and club president Mortada Mansour have problems.

"There is an attacking campaign against Zamalek, their president and their player Mahmoud Kahraba before an important clash," Mortada Mansour said to "Malaab El-Zamalek" program on Al-Rafedein channel.

Zamalek's official website published a video of their president's meeting with the players before Wednesday's training session.

"We have 90 minutes to prove that Zamalek is the best club this season," Mansour said to Zamalek players.

Zamalek are leading the Egyptian League table with 53 and they are two points ahead of the defending champions, Al-Ahly.

This game will be decisive in the title race as Al-Ahly needs to achieve victory to top the league table for the first time this season.

Borg El-Arab Stadium in Alexandria will host the game between Al-Ahly and Zamalek at the Egyptian League on March 30.
